On July 2007 we started working on the first Wiki medical library encouraging the medical community to provide updates to keep the library current.

MVI plan was to build the site to the webmaster rules as outlined by Google and market to doctors as a location where they can help build this free library. By the summer of 2008 the site was indexed by Google with 8,645 articles with over 700 donors of content. The site today is the largest Wiki for medical knowledge that exists on the Intnernet.
